This is another pretext to talk about quality and its importance within the production process.

For a quality final product, it is important to work with quality materials and, not least, to work with quality human assets.

In order to prepare all our employees as well as possible, we periodically carry out several training sessions, where the main focus is the quality of our products.

As during the last month of October there were several group dynamics in order to prepare, more and better, our employees, today, in addition to offering a little snack-break, we invite them to make improvement suggestions that may be implemented in the different departments of our company.
