GENERAL TERMS AND USE CONDITIONS OF "LEIRIVEDANTE" DIGITAL PLATFORM

These terms and conditions of use are applied to the services provided by the company LEIRIVEDANTE, LDA, duly registered in the Leiria’s County, with headquarters in:

1. THE OBJECT
The digital platform LEIRIVEDANTE is characterized by the provision of the following services:

It is considered as part of the LEIRIVEDANTE’s digital platform, the address www.leirivedante.pt, as well as other digital services associated to the company LEIRIVEDANTE.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
All those who wish to have access to the services offered through the digital platform LEIRIVEDANTE should first inquire about the terms and conditions of use, which are available for consultation through a direct link on the website.
By using the LEIRIVEDANTE platform, you fully accept the rules contained in this document. Before starting any navigation, you must make sure of any modifications or updates that have occurred since the last access.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND FORUM
For the resolution of any conflicts that may exist, litigation actions will be handled by the Leiria’s County.
