This was yet another day dedicated to the whole team to create memories outside the workplace.

We headed to Gerês (North of Portugal), where, as well as trails, waterfalls and plenty of adventure, there was also room for adrenaline and new experiences. This year it was all about 4x4s, quad bikes and buggies. And, because "when in Rome, do as the Romans do", lunch couldn't have been more traditional. a true northern experience, with "rojões" ("fried" pork meat) and "papas de sarrabulho" (dish made with cornflour, chicken and pork meat).

And whilst in the morning we only got to know the mountains, in the afternoon we were able to enjoy a peaceful boat trip on the Caniçada Dam, a place with a stunning scenery.

As the best is always saved for last, we went back to which, for us, is the best restaurant in the North os Portugal: Oxalá, in Ovar. The icing on the cake is always the lively atmosphere - which never fails here!!! - and the fantastic food, also.

And so, we'll looking forward to see were we will go next year....
